Supporting Students, Stepping Towards Education - School Shoes Donation

On 6th March 2026, the Rotary Club of Batticaloa Heritage proudly organized a School Shoes Donation Project at BT/KK/Santhively Siththi Vinayagar Vidyalaya, Batticaloa.

Through this initiative, we provided new school shoes to 60 students, ensuring that they can walk confidently on their journey of education. For many of these children, a simple pair of shoes represents dignity, comfort, and encouragement to continue their studies with pride.

This project reflects Rotary’s commitment to uplifting communities through service, focusing on education and child welfare. By meeting a basic need, we are helping students take firm steps toward a brighter future.
