Flood Relief Response

In 2024, Our Club carried out a vital humanitarian initiative under the Flood Relief Response Program, providing dry ration packs to families severely affected by floods in the Puthur GN Division, Manmunai North.

This project was made possible through the generous support of Rotary District 3220, which funded the relief effort. The distribution of dry rations brought immediate assistance to households struggling to recover from the devastation, ensuring that basic food needs were met during a time of crisis.

The initiative reflects Rotary’s commitment to Disaster Response and Community Support, standing alongside vulnerable communities in their most difficult moments. Beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude for the timely intervention, which offered hope and relief amidst hardship.
