Cleanup Sri Lanka 2025: Batticaloa Heritage Joins the Movement for a Greener Future

Rotary District 3220 proudly launched Cleanup Sri Lanka, a nationwide environmental campaign dedicated to protecting our natural surroundings and promoting a plastic-free future. This bold initiative brings together Rotary clubs across the island in a united effort to restore cleanliness, raise awareness, and inspire sustainable practices in every community.

As part of this island-wide movement, the Rotary Club of Batticaloa Heritage took the initiative to kick off local efforts in Batticaloa  and the results were inspiring.

• Volunteers from diverse backgrounds came together to clean, remove plastic waste, and educate the public on eco-friendly habits.
